Description:
This Turecolor TC- F2512 printer is a type of UV flatbed printer in technical grade which meets customers' production demand for ultra high precision and high speed. Equipped with 4-8 gray level piezoelectric spray heads, this printer can work in high speed with a high precision of 6 colors. Possessing a high printing speed of 50 ㎡/h (8 print heads and dual KCMY), the printer can meet the demand of handling materials in large quantities.
The working platform of this printer adopts a double grinding precision screw motion control system designed for 24 Hour / 7 Day production mode. The control system ensures perfect positioning of both rigid materials and soft materials. Besides, by coordination with a thimble device, the system possesses a repetitive positioning accuracy of 0.02mm x 0.02mm. Furthermore, as an integrated control system, it can be easily operated by merely one operator. Vacuum absorption can nearly suck any rigid material with a maximum thickness of 110mm tightly on the working platform. Last but not least, optional chalk mode and varnish mode has added to the versatility of Turecolor TC-F2512 printer.

Relying on piezoelectric ink-jet technology, the printer has a high precision control of the ink-spraying. 	1. The Turecolor TC-F2512 printer adopts an imported double-thread screw and double guide rail wide-sided scan machinery structure. The load bearing capability of the printing platform is 50kg/㎡. The printer can handle materials with a maximum thickness of 110mm. The printing platform's function of sectional vacuum absorption meets the demand of printing media in various formats and ensures a close bond between media and the platform.
	2. The vacuum absorption function of the printing platform can convert suction into reverse air blow, thus creating a layer of air cushion between the media and the working platform. The air cushion makes it easy to take down a heavy printed work in large format.
	3. A unique media-positioning rod and one-key type pneumatic controller installed in this Turecolor TC-F2512 UV printer provides accuracy and convenience respectively for panel-loading and panel-positioning. This rod also spares any deviation in repetitive printing.

4. The printer's imported high-sensitivity detecting head possesses an automatic height-measuring system which can automatically measure and adjust the height of materials through software. This process makes the positioning of materials more accurate. This system replaces the traditional operation of manual lifting and provides a more convenient application.
	5. An intelligent printer carriage collision-shielded system of the printer can spare the risk of a collision between printer carriage and material, which might cause damage to the carriage head.
6. An alarming system which detects the ink level in the Grade A ink barrel can remind users of low ink level by sparkling light and sounds. The system also ensures the printing operation in an unattended condition.
