Introduction

Feature
1) Laser power supply: a new inverter resonant power supply is adopted. The power supply is mainly composed of main circuit, trigger circuit, pre combustion circuit, control circuit and protection circuit. It has overcurrent, overvoltage and flow protection devices. Its current, pulse width and frequency can be adjusted. It is especially suitable for laser sealing welding and spot welding.
2) Laser: the equipment uses high-quality YAG crystal as the laser working material. The specially designed laser resonator is equipped with advanced gold-plated condensing cavity and optical system. The output laser mode is good, the output energy is stable, and the single pulse energy reaches 40J
3) Laser indication and positioning system: the red semiconductor laser is used as the indication light source, which is used as the adjustment reference of the optical system and the indication and positioning of the working point. It has long service life and good stability.
4) The light guide focusing blowing system adopts a special laser welding joint with side shaft blowing protective gas nozzle to ensure smooth, neat and reliable welding joints.
5) The laser adopts built-in water cooling mode, and the cooling medium is deionized water. The damage of water pollution to the concentrating cavity is avoided, so as to ensure the cleanness of water quality and the stability of laser power; The magnetic pump with high lift and large flow ensures the large flow of cooling water; Stainless steel plate heat exchanger improves heat exchange efficiency. Moreover, it has the functions of under flow, under water pressure, over water temperature protection and audible and visual alarm to ensure the safe operation of the laser.
