CALCA photo slate, made of natural sedimentary stone, each photo slate comes complete with stylish, black plastic stands and fitted box. The photo slate measures 7.87" x 11.8" perfect for any place.
CALCA photo slate rock is a sublimation blank specifically designed to frame and enhance full color photographs in a stunning and natural presentation. Each piece is handcrafted with chiseled imperfect edges to make any image a truly unique showcase.
They are sturdy and quality, the printed surface is not easy to tear, water resistant, also not easy to fade.

Please allow 1-3mm tolerance due to manual measurement.
Rock image processing(Sublimation):
A. Print the photo on the transfer paper.
B. Stick the paper and stone with anti-temperature tape.
C. Transfer the photo from paper onto the rock with tile press.
Usages:
Heat Press Settings:
Temperature: 350℉ - 400℉ (170℃ - 200℃)
Time: 6-8 Minutes
Pressure: Medium
(Test in your heat press machine for accurate time and temperature)
- Put on gloves and take out the frame, tear off the membrane on the surface
- Print images in reverse
- Place in heat press with transfer on bottom, and secure with thermal tape
- Cover with silicone heating pad
- Press according to above time/temperature/pressure
- After pressing, remove paper immediately.
Notes:
√ In order to make the tumbler cleaner, please avoid using blurry or out of focus images, the photo should be over 2000 pixels as much as possible.
√ We highly recommend the use of silicone heating pad to help distribute the heat evenly across the surface.

Suitable for DIY gifts, interior decoration, holiday gifts, souvenirs, can be placed securely on the table in the living room, bedroom or study, suitable for home or office.
